Episode thirty-seven: Alice Waters On Slow Food

On this week's episode, I talk to renowned chef Alice Waters. Mrs. Waters help start the farm-to-table movement in the 70s. She opened her restaurant Chez Panisse in 1971 in Berkeley California. We talk about her favorite dishes, her travels to France, and how Chez Panisse responded to the covid-19 pandemic.
